One of the main goals of the project was to prepare and test “A Unified Model for Training of Trainers” - for schoolteachers, instructors, schools’ administrations, and the students of the pedagogical universities. In order to respond to their needs, a 3-part training package was elaborated, compatible with different age groups and environments: (1) a Training Manual, (2) teaching materials for the “Extracurricular Module for Heterogeneous Schoolchildren’ Groups”, and (3) a Digital Smart Game model for youngest schoolchildren.
The Training Manual focuses on the intercultural communication competence of teachers: how to cooperate with migrants’ children. The Chapters 1-4. are devoted to the linguistic, social, cultural and psychological adaptation methods, the Chapter 5 demonstrates good practices to the schools’ administration for cooperation with local communities. The Chapter 6 is about the latest competence- building methodologies. A list of further readings is provided.

Unified Model Extracurricular Module and Presentations
The most complex part of our project was to compose and test the Extracurricular Module for Heterogeneous Schoolchildren’ Groups. Two key questions were addressed: (1) How to teach culture and (Russian) language using inclusive methods in the mixed groups of the native speaker and migrant children? (2) How to train future teachers to apply effective technologies? The major principle was the cooperative approach. Firstly, a team of MA students prepared the scenarios of the extracurricular classes on culture, literature, and language under their professor’s guidance. Secondly, the administration of a Moscow suburb school with a high number of migrant children provided the experimental space for non-formal classes when the MA students in cooperation with the experienced local teachers implemented the scenarios of module. The experiment resulted in a module and variable multimedia materials applicable for 9-15-year children, involving the parents, local communities and official bodies

Unified Model Smart game
An innovative educational tool was developed in cooperation of Russian and Hungarian IT-specialists and teachers of Russian as foreign language. It aims to advance the verbal and visual competences of children in the age of 5-8-year applying the inclusive method of obtaining different skills. One of the most essential proved to be the cooperation of the members of mixed groups (native Russian children and migrants’ children. The slogan of the tool is: “Let's learn and play together!” According to the test results, it creates an effective inclusive learning situation which significantly deepens the verbal and visual competencies (e.g. preparation for writing, drawing, recognition of forms and more complex structures), and accelerates the mutual integration the children with different socio-cultural and linguistic backgrounds. This new learning technology doesn’t require any special digital skills and personal control. The teachers or parents can digitally follow their achievements.
