Recommendations on the methodology and technology for the adaptation of migrant children to

Russian society
The set of Recommendations was developed by an expert team and MA students during the summer school in the framework the Erasmus + / Jean Monnet project. The topical issues of socio-cultural
adaptation of migrants’ children in the educational system and in the non-formal training institutions are addressed in a practice-oriented way as a possible point of reference for the administrative
organizations on different levels in Russian Federation (the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Administration of a subject of federation, the Administration of a school etc.). The special
Recommendations are formulated for the parents of the migrant children, and their teachers. The publication is an inherent part of the training package for the educators, but as a separate hand-out will
be disseminated among the afore mentioned local and regional official bodies holding responsibility for providing proper language and other skills for worker-migrants’ families.
